You should have pass a test & get a license to get on TV, radio or be alowed to say things on the internet. You already have to get a license to watch your TV, so why not have to get a license to be on TV?

I couldn't pass the TV watching license written test so they gave me a rulebook to study and my dogs ate it. Lol

Plus I wouldn't let them chip me anyway because
rebellious...
