Sit up straight and bend one arm behind your back (in the arm-breaking position) Slowly roll head to the opposite shoulder of the arm being bent, hold for about 3 seconds With head still bent toward shoulder, slowly rotate face toward the ground Repeat on the other side Throw in a few forward-bends for that head, as well... This keeps the entire trapezius (shoulder/upper back kite-shaped muscle) and neck stretched out and lets more blood through the vessels going up into your head. And as always—drink LOTS and LOTS of water throughout the day. Water is the magic potion for good health. Seriously.
