The Biden/Harris address to the nation and world was quite uplifting.  Brian Williams said after the speeches, (I'm paraphrasing), 'That's how the country was accustomed to being addressed, and will be again.'

Looks very similar.  Ours I think were the Red Mulberry variety.

Enjoy the berries.  Cheers !

As you can see these are unusually pendulous compared to the normal varieties.
These are very delicate to handle, taste of vanilla. Ripen quickly, and they can candy up and become a bit chewy before they drop from the tree. Then they taste like dried apricots

Trying to realign the contact points on an old Vibroplex ham radio morse code keyer ("bug"). It's been 52 years since it has worked. These things are a bit ticklish to set up just right for proper keying.

Going through the countdown process at Discogs over the implementation of a mandatory shipping policy that takes effect at midnight 1 November 2020.  The outfit is based in where else ... Portland, so I'm guessing that it will be essentially 8 AM GMT.  Anyway there are a couple of threads going on over there kinda like how we watch things like the Super Bowl here.

Has a New Year's Eve countdown vibe.  Part of a post over there ...

And yeah, this does have the same feeling of the New Year's countdown.

For a bonus, this is the first time in a long time where Halloween has fallen on a Saturday in a long time and nearly everywhere here in the States is doing it on the actual day. Toss in a full moon and a blue moon to boot and with Mercury and Neptune both in retrograde for those who pay attention to that stuff... hey, what could go wrong ?

The timing is perfect for a fuster cluck. ;)

Checking that Purpleair.com site, and it looks like it's finally safe to go outside after a couple of days of consistent AQI in the 200s.
Getting a little stir crazy here.
