I do like the Woodford, haven't tried Knob Creek yet.

Knob's my favorite upper-mid priced bourbon, but it's kinda a knock you over the head BOURBON!!! flavor. Not subtle. A double o' that, with ice cube in there, makes for a happy me.

Yeah, I know about the infusion.  It must be the garnish that I remember your mentioning.  I'll try it with the Hendrick's!  Noting the Pimm's No. 1 Cup for the future, thanks.  :)

The site recommends "on the rocks" with a garnish of cucumber. Oddly, that doesn't appeal to me.

I bought a bottle o' that last year.  I'm about halfway through, and I've decided that it's very good, but possibly almost too smooth, sweet, and vanilla-ish.  For the price range, I think I'll stick with Knob Creek.  For now.

Apparently, it's infused with essence of cucumber and rose petals, which would explain the amazing smooth-iosity! And if you like the gin/cucumber thing, I also highly recommend Pimm's No. 1 Cup, with tonic and a peel of cucumber. But not if you're driving. Or walking.
