A friend of my cousin worked in NZ for years under various working visa schemes etc. but has now (over the age of 55) had his applications rejected, despite the fact that is employable and pretty well integrated. He is heartbroken.
Alternative: buy a sailboat and live on it, then you can leave the country regularly and return as you wish, sort of.

Without having ever gone there I can tell you that is a negatory, Big Ben.

what we need is an RP sanctuary where peeps can go when they fall on hard times .. what are rents like in California? Maybe we have to make it in Nebraska... ugh.. this is not going to work is it..
