As Zep went and posted the link, it tells most of the story. I have been aware of the spontaneous chant of Fuck Joe Biden since it first happened at football games back in September, because I do watch Fox News. They have been covering the chants, even putting montages of them together. No one else was covering it or if they did they tried to tamp it down.
So fast forward to the NASCAR post race interview on NBC. You do know that Fox has the first half of the race season and NBC has the second half right ? Most likely not since NASCAR and the people associated with it are beneath you. That said, NBC is a protector of Biden and nearly everyone who works there is dedicated to protecting him. So when the chant broke out during the interview on live TV, the woman doing the interview said the crowd was chanting Let's Go Brandon to celebrate his victory trying to ignore and cover up the obvious. It was a display of how much the media shills for and protects Biden. And for that reason, it has taken on its own life going forward.
But since you need help in understanding how the unwashed think I'll take this a little further. You thought it only slams Biden. Wrong. It has become a meme that slams both Biden and his media protectors all in one nice little package that cannot be censored, so far. At least that is what it means to those who use it. You may not agree with my explanation, but do so at your own risk because whether you like it or not, this is its actual meaning.
So with that, everything you said about me in response to my question illustrates one of two things. You don't understand the obvious or you are simply outright trolling me.
I don't understand the rush to put together this completely partisan spending bill...oh i forgot, next Nov mid-term elections. But even democratic voters don't seem particularly enthralled by a big spending bill, at a time when the economy is recovering. Kinda like Trumps tax cuts a few years back, when the economy was doing well. Some of this spending is a good idea, but a lot of it's just more spending.

He said Democrats have âtried to reduce the top-line costs of the bill by front-loading the spendingâ noting as one example that the bill a one year extension of the expanded child tax credit followed by the overall bill being paid for over 10 years.

Or an 11 year old can say into the PA system or on TV at a racetrack..."Gentlemen, start your engines! Let's go, Brandon!"
Or even a Congressman can add to the end of a speech, as in "With that, I yield back, and Let's go, Brandon!"

My observations are that this chaos is intentional. Defund the police. Open border. Forced vaccinations. We have gone from energy independent to begging Saudi Arabia to produce more oil in six months. Real inflation is back. The supply chain is broken. Store shelves are frequently bare.
And what is the response ? Lower your expectations. Gender identity is more important than anything else, and that includes climate change. This is the new priority.
