Thanks...thought so.  We were there in the summer, but the steep cliffs running into the water suggested it might be.  What you can't see is that the hill to the left of the cat is probably 1,000+ feet almost straight up.  The entire (small) town is built at the base of mountains all around.  Google it...the images are amazing.

EDIT...if you google it, one of the first pictures actually shows the tower in the cat picture from the water.

Unfortunately the site I found the picture on didn't say where it was taken.  It does certainly look like someplace in The Alps though.
