Getting the second phone book this week.  In addition to the four I already have.  What am I supposed to do with them all.

I am loving this thread way too much today.  I am feeling highly annoyed.  I should just start a huge list and post it all at once.

Passive-aggressive people.  If you have something to say, say it directly or don't bother.

I put that in the reminder (RESPONSE REQUESTED).  Still doesn't always work.

Yeah, I'm quite happy with their season.  I'm realistic, too.  I didn't expect them to go much further than they did; the remaining teams are damned tough!

Any team who can go from 1-15 to a playoff berth in one season is grade A in my book.  If they can sustain into next season, I will be truly impressed.

Yeah, but does he know the scores of every game for his team back for 30 years, and every team member and their inside leg measurements?  Cos if he doesn't he isn't a proper fan (well if your team sports are similar to ours).  There is something that is usually male about that sort of minutaie of detail that really isn't necessary but will have every other male in the room being impressed!

Pretty close to that level of obsessive.  I think its a little-understood part of the Y chromosone.  I love my team, but rarely know the stats beyond a year or maybe two back.

I work retail and I understand that it is extremely difficult to try clothes on without taking off one's shoes.  However, some people have really, really, really nasty foot funk.  And pretty soon the entire dressing room smells.  And you feel like you should apologize to all the other people who have to go in there to try on clothes.  And everyone working tryies to avoid going in there to help the customers so you don't do that little barf in the mouth thing even though you have to go back there because you have to help even the stinky customers and to clean out the rooms.

And on hot days it is even worse.  The smell gets in there and lingers.  And lingers.

Okay, in every reviewer request email I send out, in its own paragraph, it clearly states "Please respond and let us know whether or not you are able to complete this review for us."  In bold.  And at least 25% of the well (over?) educated recipients fail to respond in one manner or another and, when I send them a reminder asking them to confirm, at least half of them say "Oh, I didn't realize you needed a response."

I love my Eagles, but I don't have a snit fit if someone says something against them or if they lose.  Honestly, chances are, I'm the first one trash talking those twits.   And when they lose, they usually (not always, but usually) did it to themselves.

I have a lot of respect for my husband.  He was dissappointed when Miami got knocked out last week, but he's not pissy about it.  After coming back from a 1-15 season, how can you complain?
