One thought I had about the format of the whole deal is maybe everyone could blast everyone else in their pod at the same time, and we could do this twice a year, mixing up the pods each time. I'm just thinking it might be easier on you that way. Should be in a PM but hey.

I think I'd like to keep it set up the way it is for now simply because it'll be the fairest way to rotate as we get new people. Yes - I'm being optimistic here. {#Daisy}
