i have a wrist wrest that helps with that. although, i think you said you have to pay for your own office supplies (which is ridiculous since you're using them there in the office, not for personal use....)

just got an office wide email advising us that an ergonomics review is going to be done for each and every one of us at our workstations! maybe i won't need to use a make up sponge to keep from getting a cyst on the heel of my mouse hand anymore!!!
