at first glance it is a blob of unfiltered trolls, bots and the misguided
i curate/select practically all of my media/sources
the good stuff is there too
we just have to know what we're looking for (or that's my hallucination)

the issue with these platforms isn't a free speech one, except to the point of protecting the platform's free speech rights.
Instead the issue is one of data rights, how these platforms use our data.
