Clothesline, check. Jiffy Pop, check. Sugar, check. , Grape jelly, check. Salt, check. Meshmacan, check. Smartphone disguised as Lipton soup packet, check. Bare in woods, check...
You beat me to the Jiffy Pop joke. Kudos to Lois for making popcorn while drying her hair and conditioning it with corn oil.
The cottage cheese is fermenting for use as moose bait. So obvious, people.
That blue thing with the strap is likely a camera. The silver "foot" is likely the lens. What's just to the right of it?
And what's the pink stuff at the right front corner of the table? Sno Balls? I see that kinda crap in convenience stores and I say a quiet prayer out of pure fear.
Why has no one mentioned the socks for the love of Pete.
I mentioned the socks and towels early on - about 12 posts down. I thinks that a pile of clothespins next to the blue mystery object (twin-lens camera?). Yes, I think those are those either pink "Sno-Balls" or maybe "Zingers" (which were like pink Twinkies) confections on the right. She's got that pencil in front of her but maybe she can't see the legal pad because someone put the burger buns on top of it and blocked the side view with the Wonder Whole Wheat bread.
Yup. Clothespins. I thought pink was pack of ham lol. Looks like the burgers are already in the buns in that clear wrap...

Interesting details - click to enlarge. Lots of bread going on there.
I still can't place the blue thing on the near corner. Assuming it's got a neck strap on it, that leaves just a few choices. I can't find binoculars that look like that. Could be an instamatic movie camera but again, can't find an exact match. If it's a power cord and not a neck strap, then maybe a cheap slide projector? It's sitting on some mechanism that could be feet, could be controls. It's a mystery for the ages.
It's her internet router - you all have been fooled.
There's a cottage cheese container? I was just waxing existential
In the real world that's probably where all the marbles are kept. You know, the cheese. Just because it's a prehistoric cottage doesn't mean clever marketing can't lure the market...
"Hey look at me! I got marbles in my cottage. Cheese me!"
something. ;)
That other thing is obviously a beats box. Curly got it goin on...
my spidey sense tells me that the cottage cheese container is recycled for storage
a prehistoric tupperware hack
that blue gadget is probably a radio or tv tuner of some sort
the looks of the rustic decor screams vacation cabin or dacha

Yeah, it looks like metallic feet or something are under it; maybe it's some sort of portable radio? Maybe it is some sort of camera but it's discomforting to think of setting down a camera face-down with the lenses touching the table. Given that the image is from an old Ektachrome, that thing could be some sort of slide projector. Maybe a purse or a case for binoculars? The Flickr site I found it on said this: "From a Kansas (possibly Wichita) estate collection of slides, mid-twentieth century. Written on the slide: Lois and hairdryer." I could find no other images of that lady or that cabin in that Flickr.

It's got me kind of stumped too and I'm old enough to remember the good old days. I'm kind of leaning toward transistor radio or maybe camera though.
