It is just sad that we have to have either and I just can't find myself being happy about either choice. Edit; My bad, I thought this pill was the RU486, I see this is different. In that case, I think this product should not only be legal, it should be mandatorily administered to all un married females between the ages of 12-20. Just as I believe that all males should be forced to have vasectomies after the birth of their first child, but that is just me! I guess you like to put it in more than you like what comes out. The RU486, fyi, is not an abortion pill, because conception has not yet taken place. Very important to distinguish this.

Yea I see now, I thought this was the abortion pill not a contraceptive pill. Big fan of this, all women should take it regularly imo.

I think we need to remember that the availability of contraception is only tenuously linked to changes in behaviour. What is will affect is the number of unwanted pregnancies and abortion.

No. People have always had sex, nothing new. Where do you think all the adoptive children came from? My mother had an abortion when she was 16, in 1937, and my grandma apparently knew exactly where to take my mother. (My mother was so ashamed that it affected her entire life, not being able to tell or talk about it; she revealed this to me a couple years before she died.) For whatever reason, most likely the combo of birth control and abortions, it's much more difficult to adopt a white baby in the US, that's why people adopt through Korea or Russia.

Watching the Chris Hayes Show talking about women's rights in this country and around the world, and it is quite obvious that the war continues.
Roe v Wade has been lost, we are back to pre-Roe conditions.
Women around the world are being treated in the worst ways around the world.
