European politicians far from Brussels are reassuring that there will be a good process leading to the exit of Britain, but with trade deals to decrease the influence on the economy. The people in Brussels on the other hand are behaving like the husband in a bad marriage: "You want to go? I'll make sure you end up broken and poor!"

I am watching the stock exchanges with some popcorn. Stocks are already restoring a bit. Yesterday there were 2 polls saying that Britain would remain and 2 that Britain would exit. The 2 polls that said remain did a trick with the people voting 'undecided'. They added 3/4 of them towards the remain party. These polls were used by the media to comfort the people of the world that Britain will remain in the EU. Also the betting was rigged by a few companies investing in the remain pool to push the stock market. They are benefitting now going short on the stock crash. Really really stupid. I'm glad I wend short on the pound and some dutch banks. I had to use my CFD account for this because I was not able to go short on the real stock exchange. I hope the CFD company really pay out because $$$ wend crazy. Edit: sold my stuff. Things are rebouncing.

I'm for Brexit, stated so long ago. The UK wisely kept their own currency so it will not be as traumatic had they ditched the Pound for the Euro. The Swiss Franc took a hit similar to what happened today nearly a year ago. Its fine now. Woo Hoo ! Gold is up nearly $80.00 ! Prolly go up more. OTOH, the Dow futures are down nearly 700 points and its not even midnight yet.

Watching now, myself. Seems this is Britain's polarizing issue. Leaving will have consequences far beyond Britain. Are there truly more positives than negatives in UK Brexit?
