It transformed my life about 10 years ago. I was so influenced by it that I summarized it and printed and bound copies of my summary and gave them to friends and family.

Life evolves.  Needs, desires, likes, dislikes, all are very fluid commodities in life. The one thing in life that does not change is that little voice that speaks to us from deep inside. Listen to that voice.

Just as long as you know that your ego is just story. And your story can change on a dime, and you will have to let go of that story in order to embrace the present. The present is what is real. Your story is not who you are.
