Has anybody tried/is using Consumer Cellular, the plan promoted to AARP members? There seem to be a lot of bad reviews on the intertubes about their service, I'm trying to figure out if it's mostly people who love to carp about anything, or if the company really is providing bad customer service.

You should have just let it go through the dryer. I did that to one of Jrzy's phones. Twice.
