F*ing sott adams (no, he doesn't get capitalization anymore). This might have been somewhat impressive if he had predicted it a month (or 6) ago, but now it's just him saying "see, told you so". He also said Trump would win in a landslide, and back in july - when there was a quiet week he was saying "see, he's pivoting and won't be controversial anymore, told you so". He's really only taking each new item as a reason to write a controversial blog post that contains a pitch for his book. He's really just imitating the Donald. I'm not sure why, but he's become beyond insufferable to me. I hope Hilary wins just so I can register on his blog and gloat. I know, but I was just pointing to the theory that this is all scripted. Adams' "predictions" are a lot of crystal ball b.s. but I think the theory is valid inasmuch as Trump's apology was not an apology in any way.

The only reason I bring this up is to ask those who doubt his sincerity in running for POTUS, does this change your thoughts on that ?
No other questions. No bait. Just curious
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Donald Trump just made one of his biggest changes yet: he expressed regret and admitted wrong doing — though it's unclear exactly for what. In prepared remarks given Thursday night in battleground North Carolina, Trump explained his past year of controversy-filled remarks as misspeaks in the "heat of debate." "Sometimes, in the heat of debate and speaking on a multitude of issues, you don't choose the right words or you say the wrong thing," Trump said. "I have done that. And believe it or not, I regret it. And I do regret it, particularly where it may have caused personal pain. Too much is at stake for us to be consumed with these issues." He did not, however, ever use the words "apologize" or "sorry."
Trump apologized for nothing. That he feels regret is not an apology. I guess you hear what you want to hear. Trump is regretful... not apologetic. Different shades of grey... perhaps. I will give him this... for him to say he said the wrong thing is a monumental step in his maturation. I have admittedly set the bar very low perhaps.

I totally agree with everything you say above. I can't tell if he is sincere about what he really wants to do if he wins. I get that completely. Its a crap shoot with anyone on that. Just sticking to the in it to win part is all. Could be a turning point if he can establish beyond any doubt that he really is trying to win . yes i think he wants to win and yes a lot of people predicted his demise and they were wrong that tells us something if he does i'm not sure what he can do both parties (in power) are trying to obstruct him now, just imagine what it will be like if he is in the big chair in any event it's uphill both ways for this guy

Trump apologized for nothing. That he feels regret is not an apology. I guess you hear what you want to hear. I did take the liberty of calling it an apology. Close as he's ever come so far anyway. It was at least a mea culpa. There is that. Thanks.

Ok, that's what I was wondering about. Yep, could be as simple as just wanting to win. That is a risk I have admittedly not given much consideration because I have taken him seriously, so far. The second part is still a valid question. Obviously rhetorical at this point. Can't get that answer unless he wins. Thanks.

It is unfortunate that your system has produced such candidates as these two.
I think the thing here is we can't let Trump win because it would screw the world. If Hillary wins,it continues the Obama assault on America. Can't win.Sorry America. The Libs have gutted you.

Â
That's about how I sees it, other logical possibility is he is trying to help Clinton out with some smoke filled super secret squirrel plan they both came up with before all this mess started to insure Clinton the victory for some quid pro quo for Trump and all his businesses after she is coronated. As shady as both of them are, would not rule that out as a possibility.
