A Stafford jury has recommended that a convicted goat thief serve a year in prison for each of the eight goats he stole earlier this year from two county families.
Steven P. Calleja Jr., 33, of Sumerduck was found guilty in Stafford Circuit Court Thursday of two counts of larceny of goats with the intent to sell. He was acquitted of four other charges.

This is a
great article about the program that Weezie went through. Several of her "guys" are featured.

Where I live. A fun time was had by all. Contrary to reporting, I called our fire department and our water department to notify them within 2 hours of the problem.
Water restored at Camelot Village in Streestboro after residents spend two hot days without H2O Not mentioned in the story is that we had daily water outages lasting through the afternoon into the evening for nearly a week and a half prior to this massive failure. I also called the headquarters in Illinois after calling the FD and water depatment and spoke to the person in charge of our park about this for about a half an hour, anonymously of course. It seems that I will be attending some city council meetings in the future over this because according to the guy at HQ, the city did some improvements to the city water system that boosted pressure so much that it is blowing out the water lines in the park and in our homes as well. A new tower was recently built right next to our park. This explains a drip in a faucet that we never used that started a year ago without any apparent reason. The company has been asking the city for a pressure valve where the park takes in the water to restore it to normal levels. The outages has been a major source of my grumpiness the past two weeks, btw.

In the larger view, my town is up from the right top corner of the box. Hard to tell unless you zoom in, but there's an intersection of the river and a 4 lane highway.
