Black Panther. We get a lot of superhero movies these days, another blockbuster every month, it seems. This one has a bad guy who the script writers had to remind us is evil because ... it wasn't so cut and dried. I won't mind seeing this one a few (dozen) times once the DVD comes out. Lots of more complex themes under it, and when I explained why they had the bad guy come from Oakland, California, the kids were all "oooooh!"

Robert Shaw,as Captain Quent delivered that excellent soliloquy about his firsthand experiences with The Indianapolis.
Rather than cheapen it with a video,I'll just leave it there for contemplation,something all too lacking today.

So I'm watching the Nick Cage movie about the USS Indianapolis. I will say shark attacks are much different now that in the days of Jaws
