I woke the other day after punching someone for messing with my son.
Turns out I actually punched a glass of milk on the coffee table! Got all wet. lol

I was raking leaves when I saw bees coming out of this lump of something on the ground. Some morphed into beautiful butterflies, a few morphed into moths.

I got very little sleep last night, even after taking a Zanex. I did get enough tho apparently to have an anxiety dream bad enough to wake me up screaming and in tears.

Had this dream last night. I don't know if it was a long dream or a series of short dreams. I don't remember enough of to bother telling it all, but the end I remember. All except for 1 critical word, as you'll see.

This kid is telling us (whoever 'us' is) that they (whoever 'they' are) created this world (the world in my dream). As he is talking to us, we can see the end of a street stretching out as more is being created. He tells us that they created islands. And at one point he asks them, "Can I have a pink here?" And this voice says (I forget the exact words, but in essence it said...), "Just because you ask for something doesn't mean you'll get it". To which the kid replied, "But the golden rule says that between nothing and (less than nothing), all is permitted"

And there's the word I can't remember, which I replaced with "less than nothing". It was just 1 word that basically could be construed to mean less than nothing. When i woke up, I thought I better write all this down. But of course, I figured I would remember. 

Her name was Ingrid.

No, it's not what you think. She had three kids, 2 girls and a boy. I looked after her kids while she had work to do.

Have no idea where dreams like that come from.

I had a work related one a couple of weeks ago.  We were all going to be laid off, with no hope of coming back.  

Have had a couple of nightmares over the holidays. Which doesn't seem quite fair, since I am actually getting enough sleep. One last night was related to work. I was going to be fired. 

Had another dream last night about my parents. This time in the house I grew up in.

Oof. Such a vivid dream ...  my dear, departed friend Bob, at his memorial. Him, still alive. So lovely to see him, though I knew he was dying. And then, my former BFF showed up. Gah.

ok, it was less dramatic, or more maybe. I pulled up behind a roughly early 50s American car in  the driveway of a house I didn't recognize and got out to walk to the passenger side of that car and there stood my Father! I was stunned for a moment, then "Daddy! Where have you been! Has this all been a dream?!"

I awoke in a grieving sob and that was with me all day, and even now. It was him, but maybe 40. Can't say.

Had a dream last night but I have no recollection of the dream except for these words that were spoken: Ain't no old shadow that is old. Ain't no new shadow that is new.

I dreamed I was alive all over again and the rain was still falling. ..

I dreamed I was with the president. At the White House. He was in whatever room he goes to, to enjoy some cookies and relax. I had some task to do. A small task. (I forget   what) He handed me a wad of papers with stuff he had written. He wanted  me to review it. He asked if it was enough. It told him it was plenty enough. Someone else was in that room, enjoying a cookie with the president. That person laughed. The president said that maybe I was lying. I assured him it was plenty enough.

(Especially considering I really didn't want to read through all that crap to start with)
