Nice pick of the Jets.
I believe we should all go to a quiet place and consider the fact that ManBirdio put the smackdown on each and every one of us. NOPE! Iâm curled up in a ball in my dark closet.
Congratulation, Rob.
Did someone check his crystal ball yet.

I haven't looked. But like the Bills, Bengals, and Chiefs, I'm going to learn from my performance and come back stronger than ever. My goal for the season is to ensure Week 1 isn't included in my year-end totals. The most interesting question of the morning...who are the Jets going to add as a QB assuming Rogers is done for the year? Carson Wentz, Nick Foles, Cam Newton, Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco, and Fitzmagic are all available.
I, too, feel that the problem wasn't my picks, or the picker. The real problem was solely the pickee's...How dare they play like this...Being paid millions...Turible, turible.

Oh sure letâs throw salt on the JETS wound by having Cam as their QB.

Indeed, Nice pick of the Jets.
I believe we should all go to a quiet place and consider the fact that ManBirdio put the smackdown on each and every one of us...Let that sink in. We've all got some 'splainin' to do...
Congratulation, Rob, for showing us all how this game should be played, by golly. I say well done, sir, well done.
The difference on your coast was that the game wasn't impacted. If the Eagles didn't have the extra 3 on the board, the Pats would have kicked a relatively short field goal to most likely win by 1 (it was 25-20 vs. the 22-20 it would have been without the positive doink).
Oh yeah, don't get me wrong - We were taking that bus all the way through the ditch into the empty field. I'm just surprised we managed to hit one single fence post along the way when there was half a mile of open space on either side.
I was a little curious on this following the Seagulls goal post gong yesterday. The uprights are 18 feet apart, the posts are 6 inches. If we are generous and add an extra 1/3 deviance to either side that gives us a 30 foot span with 1 foot of goal post in the way. So it's basically 97% open space... and yet...

No...they're fine. I like to get my "low score" out of the way in week one.
The lack of any pre-season play now makes September a total crapshoot, not just for the players...but all of the new coaches/coordinators make some teams almost unwatchable. The Eagles looked horrible yesterday. They were literally a toe tap and/or 3 inches (on the field goal that hit the upright and went through) from losing a game they should have handled more easily...because they were outclassed from the sideline.
