not spend a few hours bitchin about how my favorite political manipulation tactic is stoking my intense dislike for those that do not agree with seriously distorted view of how they should think, walk and talk and how the government should put them in a vituperative social headlock until they cry campunga! so after a couple of menial chores i'll probably take a nice bike ride with my beautiful partner and little dog while streaming rp while emanating empathy for all the world to see and hear

Facebook Live tonight (Wednesday) at 8PM!
Posted by Groovers Paradise Record Shop on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 A good friend who knows FAR TOO MUCH about music is replacing his vinyl store with temporary video posts showing what's interesting in his inventory. Always worth your time and you might see something you like, which I know he'll ship to you.

Considering that my smoke alarms all went off at 430am for no reason, and I havenât been able to go back to sleep since then, I think Iâm going rip all the sensors out of the wall today.

Good luck; it'll probably feel eerie at first I imagine. That reminds me that I need to get an eye exam - I haven't had one in too long.

Cool. Didn't think it was a big deal. Just another getting older thing I sp'ose. Been up since 3 am. They'll have to wake me up when they're done If I lay down for anything. It'll be interesting to know anyway. Then I'll find out what kinda med the ortho guy is gonna tell me I need. Not gonna take anything though, the drugs just make your bones more brittle, AFAIK. Who knows anymore ?
Hang in there.
I know what you mean about lying down.
Every two weeks I donate platelets and plasma at the blood bank... I fall asleep every time.
They tie my arm down so I won't jerk with the needle in my arm.
Come on. What do you expect sitting still for almost two hours.
When I stop... it's time to rest.

I had the density test... easy peasy... lay on a table and get scanned.
