I'm the snow bunny in this Roost, so I just got done shoveling snow in the bitter wind. Made my first pass. Will have to go out at intervals to keep the pathways clear. Central Oklahoma is due to get up to 20" of the white stuff, with record-setting cold temperatures (and life threatening wind chills), this week. Red_Dragon will keep the grills and oven hot, though, while I am out there making it safe for alla youse to come get your coffee and pancakes!

I just took the pup out for a walk in the 5 degree weather with a touch of snow coming down. He had a blast - I'm having hot chocolate & was actually considering a peanut butter & strawberry preserves sammich.
Mmmm... that sounds yummy! We have double digits, for the moment, and went out for a walk. The sun was shining, and I REALLY needed the fresh air....
Peanut butter and (Dutch Gouda, middle-aged) cheese sammiches here, daily!
