This was SO ahead of it's time - note the year it was released. I read an article about how this album had Lou Reed become re-inspired about music at the time.

Each rating is in its own relative space. It's an 8 because Dance This Mess Around is a 10. This isn't as good as that so it has to be 8. Compared to other songs that I've rated 8, it might be better, but we can't make that adjustment because it would force some songs down that deserve to be 8 on their own separate scale. It's complicated.
