So many groups churn out songs with such trite repetitive minimal meaningless lyrics. Not so Elbow. A masterclass in song writing and playing. Guy Garvey's talent is outstanding.

i have so many favorites on the seldom seen kid, and it changes all the time. this one i think is my current fav. so good. so, so good.  elbow always does amazing things with lyrics and it always blows my mind. 

really nice to hear right after Steely Dan - Kid Charlemagne.

I discovered this band only recently, I mean discovered them for myself, I assume that they have been here all along. Anyway, I think they are fantastic. I saw them on Jools Holland and then watched a concert on Palladia and that cemented the fandom.

Interesting segue!  Making Elbow - "Bones of You" follow Boxer Rebellion - "Diamonds" really emphasizes the piss sour noise that Elbow make.  Foul.

I saw them in October at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival. What a great show! Guy Garvey really knows how to work the crowd. 

It was much too short. That was a great afternoon of music with The Low Anthem, Dr. John, DeVotchka and Elbow all on the same stage.

Finally got to see these guys live back in October.  I'd wanted to see them for about 10 years, and just never was able to for various reasons.  Boy did they deliver; my only complaint is that I wish it lasted longer.  The sound was great, and the synth bass in this song was just awesome — I could feel it in my throat {#Bananajam}

Finally!  Of all the terrific songs on this terrific CD, this one always screamed "Radio Paradise" whenever I heard it, and I've tried to upload it a couple times (had technical issues and was too lazy to convert from a m4a to mp3). 

Elbow is back in the studio now - I'm looking forward to them dominating RP in early 2011 (hopefully).

This Elbow album is one that everyone i know that knows my musical tastes expects me to like but it just does nothing for me.  I'm afraid this track is no different for me.  Its marginally better than the other ones I've heard I suppose.  Oh well there's plenty of stuff I like that other people don't get I suppose.
