That questioned, I do like the tune.
Where's the pretension? It is two very gifted individuals playing (IMO) the finest musical instrument in history. Playing soulfully, melodically, expertly. That's craftmanship, not pretension.
Quite right. I saw them live and they were humble, charismatic, and actually really fun and light-hearted (unexpectedly so). They are the real deal for sure.

I think they actually reflect the amazing complexity of the original artists' music. If the classically trained musicians make it into a beautiful piece, then I'm convinced the original version is as good as I knew it was! Radiohead is amazing

We're sooo hot, we both play the cello and dress in cool black leather. We've just patented that stare so don't even think about using it. Also, we're astronauts in our spare time. Man, white tiger indeed. The music is really cool though. And I know that it's what matters, but jeeze, they need a new guy for album art, or a sticker that says, Album art explicitly taking the mickey!
