You won't stand
On your own
Don't come along
I work alone

Wind is blown
The empty mouth
Wish I never left
My timezone

That is only me
Trying not to feel myself
I said it's only me
Trying not to feel myself

Marblestone
The silent roam
Water falls
On to home

Sit on top
Of my crime of throne
The fire burns
Enjoy the moment

Said it's only me
Trying not to feel myself
Said it's only you
Trying not to feel yourself
It's only me
Trying not to feel myself
Oooh

Interesting   style and music. Thank you RP.
Techno music usually doesn’t appeal to me, but this sucker has talent! And that’s always worth a lifted!!!! 9/10 on my first rodeo of this nature! Talents similar to Nick Cave I believe....

Working from home, like MANY of us, and bumping this one much louder than normal...and it's worthy of a +1 for how great it sounds at 11....LLRP!!
sure wish this band was still making music... this stuff is good!
Ok, I admit it, I "liked" because it's George Harrison's son...

I've had this at a 6 since forever. Working late at the office, I had the speakers up a bit louder than usual. Sounds better when cranked. Nudged up to 7.
What amazing voices!
Very cool, very different, and very worthy of admiration! The more I hear of Dhani's stuff, the more I am impressed. Thanks, RP!
A little bit of WOW right there.  worth further examination.

It definitely has momentarally groove love shots with a touch of jaded potential
Then again... this all could just be a dejiVooDoodoo
UTC stands for Coordinated Universal Time, Lucky enough !
Plato it's time to CUT the cheese , and stop musing over Übermensch
...just kidding you (a bit)!

All my old Buddies still here?
STEP ASIDE BOYS AND GIRLS!

I too bought this entire CD and aside from 4-5 songs I find the rest inaccessible and basically rhythm less sounds...
The first 15 seconds of the song sound a lot like Laurie Anderson's Walk the Dog.

I guess it depends on how one thinks it through.  I never knew how to translate the complete works of Erma Bombeck into Aramaic, but I also know that fact to be true.  Good tune.
Quite pleasant

I first heard this at the beginning of Iron Maiden's song "The Prisoner" back in the day. I never knew where the soundbite came from. Now I do. Thanks Fred !!!   Oh.. and I do like this song.

And mine.
Nice... sounds a lot like Neil Finn.

Not bad!
Nice to hear he inherited some real genuine talent from dad George..
If that repeated guitar motif sounds familiar, it's the same one as in Paul Simon's pseudo-African tune "Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes".
definitely in the groove with this one
All true, Fred; I'd add that I had a great time watching the red balloon doing it's pressing business -especially since we had been forced to go as a school class to watch Le Ballon Rouge twice for a French exam. Thinking back, I really wanted to understand the plot, since one always knew who the villain was in the Dangerman series

I believe the actual resort remains open ( Portmeirion) if you want to relive the episodes.
Edit, just read back commentary and see that is indeed the case.
Bill describes The Prisoner as "weird and cool". Which pretty much sums it up, though I'd also add "very British". There was a recent US remake but I didn't watch it, though it had mixed reviews I believe. Definitely a cult TV series, which when I watched it as a kid I didn't understand, but on rewatching as an adult I realised that it was a sophisticated political and social allegory and satire. And seriously "weird and cool" - well worth a new generation digging the box set out of the local library or record shop.

Interesting. I am going to https://www.festivalnumber6.com in a couple of weeks where the Prisoner was filmed.

Thanks, Poacher, I'd not known about that festival. I like this year's line-up so it could be a good excuse to hie meself off to Wales. Be seeing you {#Wink}
Nice one!

Excellent !

MC
Is this the Syntax song?  Or Timezone?
4:08 am ...I should go to sleep, it's monday tomorrow today! But this is too good to leave right now!
Dhani's got a good thing going here!
Making Dad proud.
Sounds excellent in my headphones.
someone should upload more from those guys!
Bill, can you please give it one more try? I gave it an 8 but I'm not sure, I feel I should raise it to a 9. What do you say?

EDIT: yes, definitely a 9... for now. I don't feel saturated, it's still growing on me, maybe a few more listens? Damn, you can tell I'm undecided, right?
goes up each time i hear it.
FOMO
Pretty nice!
Second time this band made me look in the last 2 weeks or so.
i like this!

I am sure a great deal of people will be confused by numbers. . . including me.

That was one hell of a segue from Tame Impala. Bill's got skilz.
Very nice sound! Sophisticated. I've been leery about music produced by Beatles progeny for the obvious reasons. This is strong work and I will definitely give the rest of the album a listen. Thanks for putting it on the playlist Bill!
And the Harrison legacy continues.
The New Number Two!!!  ... I am NOT A NUMBER!!!  The Prisoner is free now ...
Definitely fits into the RP playlist- nice tune...think I need to listen to it a few more times....{#Jump}
Great track. Hope Bill plays more from the album, give track 8 - Staring Out To Sea (featuring Ben Harper and Thorunn Antonia) a listen.
As his dad would say "Go Dhani Go"
Pretty interesting, I dig it!
Yumm, good stuff.

good indeed!

Diggin' this. Yep. I am! {#Dancingbanana_2}
