Having same problem here, tried factory reset but firmware version is the same and the "fix" no longer works. Player buffers at 33% and stalls. Reverted to my smart tv which is a faf.

It's a Roku problem. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it.

The "workaround" no longer works for me. I can't revert to an earlier firmware version using the SECRET page.
I've complained to ROKU and they at least created a CaseID for it. Their response is below: Hopefully it will get some traction!
