That is new since Bush.

We have enough weaponry and warcraft to blow up the world 1000 times, I don't think we need to talk very loudly.

This is the 21st century, we need to think in the context of peace not war. And who is it that you would like to scare? There is no winning by getting into this mess.

I gotta disagree here, I think everyones fear for us is exactly commensurate with our military strength which is just as capable as it was under Bush.  I have not seen any reason for anyone not to think that Obama will employ force against another country, he seems to relish in it just like the rest in what I have seen so far and there are many mothers around the world who in between their tears would agree with me.

Kurt, this happened before Obama got in office. Iraq, failed Nation Building, Wall Street Crash and the T.A.R.P. Bailout. This attitude toward America didn't just happen with Obama. In fact, remember his Nobel Peace Prize other Countries gave him? (perhaps hoping he wouldn't be a war monger like Cheney and Bush?)

No one is afraid of us anymore or takes us seriously.  Very dangerous, for us.

Saving face is what got us into Iraq.  Are we gonna lket it happen again ?

On that Dave, I must agree with you. I too believe its about Obama saving face in regards to the chemical weapons use. Everyone kept prodding, pushing and asking "Well... are you going to keep your word?  The world and Assad are watching and they're going to believe we are weak."

Where are all those demands for intervention now? suddenly and suspiciously silent aren't they?

At least I am and always have been consistent in my opinion, no on Afghanistan, Hell no on Iraq and double Hell no on Syria.  War is one of the few issues where just say no will always be right.

You ain't seen nothing yet.  This is related to the NASDAQ outage.

Just a not so wild guess.

Watch Syria and watch the cyber war take off if you're up to some multitasking.

We have an Internet Kill Switch standing by waiting for a reason to use it.

Stuff is happening.  Stuff outa left field for most.
