I relayed your message to the buyer's realtor. If you are willing to go ahead and make sure it's working, we just need to put "ok" with your initials by that line item on the TRR and resend it to the buyer. The buyer also mentioned they will put off the closing off... Thank You Jesus. And RP.

Seeing other people's good news is certainly a boost to start the day with! It's Friday. I get to see my Illinois family next week. I'm engaged to my best friend. He's really comfy. There's still half of a container of Cozy Shack tapioca in the fridge. We're having friends over tomorrow for our housewarming, finally. *There are more antelope in our county than anywhere else!
