Another day in the 70s in the Rocky Mt foothills.
Still no snow or even an overnight freeze...grass is growing and flowers blooming.
But those damn flies are coming in again...looking for a place to winter.
Fall in Colorado is awesome. I'm in South Denver, enjoying the nice days. Winter will be here all too soon.

Still raining very hard but the tornado warning has expired - now it's at the "tornado watch" stage. The TV, Alexa, and my wife's phone were all beeping a little while ago and it got alarmingly dark for a while. Looks okay for now, the rain has slowed down while I was typing.
Broke in two as it got over us. Worst went north of here and east toward you. I think we mostly dodged the high winds and downpours..

Debby has made her way up here - heavy rain today and tomorrow, flood and tornado warnings all over the area. Apparently one fatality from an overnight tornado about 75 miles west of here.

Yep.
There's a tug- of- war going on with the humidity around here. One day is passable. The next death.
Our dewpoints can crept up there to those figures... but with the temps pushing 120 F. , any moisture just plain sucks the life out of you.
And it kills the deodorant by moving it down to your shoes.
