A one egg, sauteed oyster mushroom sandwich on whole grain sprouted toast. And some ice cream. 

A successful, and yummy, brunch experiment: scrambled eggs in a microwave safe mug. With Monterey Jack and salsa, and a diced up mini avocado on top. Had to test the mug first to make sure it was microwave safe but whee!  This is going to be a nice, fast way to get a good breakfast!
