I'm forming a mental image of GE, which paid no income taxes in 2010, applying for food stamps. So that's their secret to success!

So you finally realized there are a lot of other taxes besides "income taxes". Good for you! So why does Fox continue to repeat this bullshit? If we are going to start "thinking for ourselves", maybe we should start by not mindlessly parroting a political party's talking points?

One last final thought. When I saw this forum I didn't know it was the Republican Convention bashing forum. We need to start thinking for ourselves. Republicans have been smeared and stereotyped to the point that I'm not sure that's possible. We need more freedom and liberty in this country and that is not going to come from the far left perspective. I'm sorry. Now Happy Labor Day Weekend Comrades!

But my point is, I don't ask for anything that I can't get myself. Kinda like that Charlie Daniels song. I know, cringe, he's a racist! But I'm just saying, if more people would have that mentality, that they don't have to save the world; just themselves (and i'm not talking religion). Than I think this country and "the world" would be much better off. And the only party that comes close to promoting that is RNC. For good or for bad. I wish more democrats would come into it with their ideas of more Liberty which I actually think is happening the more left the Democratic Party goes.
Ok, now please destroy me.

No, it's not me you're disrespecting. It is everyone that you don't agree with. And it's not just disrespect, it's a complete unabashed assumptive lie about what they believe.
