In the office at work Pinguin and RP are our two main stations. We have to keep switching and mixing up with other stuff as well. When you listen 10 hours a day, 5 days a week you can get tired of a playlist pretty quick.
As you know Pinguin focuses a bit more on up to date, higher energy music and can get a little heavy sometimes with the odd metal track but the music choice overall is very good. I'd say it equals RP but without the community features or commentary.
I'm always on the lookout for more similar stations but they are usually let down by adverts, bad presenters or poor music choice.
What is a working Steam URL for Pinguin? I tried the published 320 on and it didn't work. I can only play it on computer.
Cool that you know that station. It's pretty small but indeed has good music. It's employed by former Kink FM radio DJ's and staff. That one was even better but wasn't able to financially support itself.

Adding Radio Free Phoenix to my device (playlist at http://208.109.253.107/rfp/ ). I mostly need an alternative in case RP plays a sleep-inducing rather than wake-up-and-move song when I am getting the family fed, dressed, and out the door in the mornings. We live on RP time, but the line-up does seem to me to be pretty time-zone agnostic.

i've been listening to RushRadio on and off for a few weeks now. good stuff. now, if only i could convince them to never play any studio tracks newer than Moving Pictures...
How much must that suck...?
Maybe the station has a contract with all elderly-homes in Canada.
There is no other way, a station like that can survive?
I can hardly stand to hear a single song of them - in a year's time.
To hear a single song of them already sucks.
Next big thing is possibly a stations that plays nothing but
