The person closest to the audio system controls the Spotify. It used to be a 20-year-old from Denver who had decent taste and had a pretty broad playlist set up. The guy there now is from here and ergo I hear Wagon Wheel approximately 25 times per week.

You should sneak in and make a Manbird Experiment station.

Sent an email to the address on the guy's business card.

2 weeks go by

His wife or daughter replied "I could send you some photos."

I mean, look: If this is going to be the pace of the conversation, please try to pack each message with everything a person might need if they're going to spend 2 weeks in the wilderness. YES SEND PHOTOS. Yes send templates. Yes send more information. Yes send your shoe size. Yes, send it.

sometimes you can just paste the URL, no embedding tool needed:

But sometimes it's a crazy wonky URL that doesn't play nice, so you have to go old school and html that thing by typing the code thusly, and pasting that URL between the quotation marks (Note that you have to click the "html" editing button and just type these characters there, you can't do it the modern way)

Recently overheard, Sartre was a hot shot, drama queen.

In line to fly Southwest, spot A-21 (nice!). A girl is standing at spot 20 and says she's spot 25. I point out that she belongs further back, behind us, and she gets a snotty superior face/tone, backs up about six inches and points to the area and says "Here, take all this space." I opt to not explain to her how the cattle call system works, but a guy walks up and says he's spot 22 so I say, "here - you're right behind me" so the girl has to back up.

Then, while boarding they announce "this is a completely full flight" and she slides into a row and puts all her crap on both sides of her to protect from anyone sitting with her. Obviously, that doesn't work, so I'm secretly happy. But, man, some people can be annoying.

Not so annoying but we dropped in temperature from 71 to 51 in 10 minutes.  At least no tornado which they said might happen.

Here is where I'll keep count of the number of times I hear her tell about the decision-making process, and/or the deciding factor being that this one has "whipped cream frosting so it isn't so sweet."
