You should engage her in a basic hello/how's your weekend conversation for a minute or so, but look slightly up and over her shoulder. When she adjusts and moves into your view, say "hold on, something is up here" tap your ear bud and say "yes? can I help you?" to her.

Now it's happening again and I need to know how to fix it and did I write down the answer? I did not. My email trail is useless!
I think you need to back a pickup truck into the pole where the fiber optic cable is.
The person closest to the audio system controls the Spotify. It used to be a 20-year-old from Denver who had decent taste and had a pretty broad playlist set up. The guy there now is from here and ergo I hear Wagon Wheel approximately 25 times per week.
This may qualify as an OSHA violation. You should file a complaint and seek redress.
Yesterday someone backed a truck into a utility pole and took out fiber to most of the town, ergo Spotify was unavailable to our salesman. After an hour of silence it dawned on me to check and sure enough, I could hit the bluetooth system from my phone, so I put RadioParadise on for the rest of the day. It went over well except there was a Fever Ray song that raised eyebrows. But alas, the internet is back on and I just heard Wagon Wheel.

I recorded so much of my own synth work onto a Portastudio cassette back in the day. So I still have the cassettes, but nothing to play them on. And two of the four channels are gonna be reversed if I use a regular cassette player. But, so much of it was experimenting that I don't want to send tapes labelled "Homework 4" off to some digitizing company and waste a lot of money/time.
I still have an old Tascam Portastudio like that - it still works but I don't have a regular cassette deck to copy the songs to anymore and I haven't invested in any digital transfer gadgetry.
