If you're going to mail something Priority Mail within two states away and they tell you it will take three days, just go ahead and drive the package there yourself.  It's been four days and it's still not there.  I could have had it there in about ten hours.

I'll have to remember not to use Priority Mail; I send eBay items using First Class mail and it never seems to take more than three days - even to the West Coast.

I wouldn't have taken this job if I wasn't desperate. I knew from the time of the interview that I was dealing with a whole dysfunctional family. They love the drama.

I never thought I would be looking forward to SS in January '14.

P.S. Hope the pain is easing a little.

To me, a successful day is one that put a smile on my face and on someone else's face, and I learned at least one thing.

Good name!

Twice lately I backed into people who were in such a hurry that the pulled behind me to get around while I was backing up, and I hit them. The first one tried to make it about me, the second one, I just told him straight out that it was his fault. Never heard anything again from either one.

When parking in a strip or mall, park where you can pull all the way through so you pull out instead of backing out, thereby avoid the morons that go zooming down the aisles and don't watch for people backing out.
