On Thursday, a case will be argued in Florida where 20 States will ask the Court to declare the mandate as Unconstitutional and the follow-on Medicaid provisions as in violation of the 10th Amendment. What if that Court rules as the Judge did in Va? Looks like a great day for the Constitution and an even greater day for a people not forced to purchase what the Government decrees they must. What would come next that we must, by Government legislation, purchase? The just handed down ruling finally begins to place a hold against a long term runaway commerce clause. Thank God because we see where Congress intended to go with that abused  and stretched clause.
