The country's bickering politicians have so far failed to agree on how to form a government since the elections on June 13. Belgians, at first mildly irritated, then found themselves in celebratory mood as their country broke the European record for length of time without a government last month. Just met a guy who works for the govt in Homeland Security. He's in the process of giving a furlough to his employees, and when he's done his boss will furlough him, and then his boss will furlough him...
