Blubbering too, my dear sister in heart.

I was grabbing an address out of my PMs when I spotted this note.  It is almost exactly a year old.  Typically I wouldn't post a PM but there isn't anything personal in it that I think she would mind me sharing.

Sigh.  I do so miss her.  And I have a pkg that I never got around to sending still sitting on a dresser in the guest room.  Just a reminder to spread love and joy and peace while you can.  Let people know how much they mean to you.  Sprinkle hugs and kisses liberally around your family and friends.  And if there is an RPeep you've meaning to write, DO IT.
 
 
I am such a blubbering mess tonight.   

I hope you can take a little time to breathe and think about the good things in life.  I'm in constant pain because of my back and that cursed thigh muscle I pulled, but I have a warm house, some yummy fragrance wufting through, and a bunch of cats who love to hang with me in my bedroom while I'm on the computer. RP on the speakers, a fresh batch of pickled eggs courtesy of the sister who hates me, and a bottle of rum for later. Things aren't too bad right now, so I'm going to hang onto all that and try not to let myself worry or get depressed about things that may or may not happen.

'Tis the season, you know!

Thank you again for the music and the update on your corner of the universe.  I hope things slow down a little for you!

Actually, three octaves is pretty much what a well-trained vocalist should be able to achieve. For example, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, and Yma Sumac are reputed to have five-octave ranges. Don Van Vliet (Captain Beefheart) had a 6-7 octave range. Prince's range is fairly wide. And so on. You get the picture.
