There's an old maxim about the weather in Melbourne, Australia:

"If you don't like (the weather) , just wait five minutes!"

I think a reworked formulation could be appropriate to forewarn the new RP listener regarding its eclecticism.

Great pictures of Uluru during a huge rain. It was wet when I visited but not this wet. I'm sure Kings Canyon Park must have been cut off, too. Clicky for linky
