I ran into this,   try   " play  radio paradise skill " 

As for launching the app on fire tv,  that happens if your echo is linked to your fire tv.    If you never use it to control your tv you can unlink it from the alexa app.    I also  got the same error any time I tried launching the app on the tv.

You might try disabling & re-enabling the skill. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the app on the FireTV, then disable/enable the skill. Then reinstall the app. No guarantees, but that seems like the most logical path to try.

I have just installed a pair of new Echos (part of the bundle with a sub that isn’t released yet) as a multi room pair (hopefully to become a 2.1 set when the firmware is updated) but when I try to use the RP skill I get the reply “Sorry I am having trouble accessing the Radio Paradise skill right now”. Is this an incompatibility with the latest Echo firmware (613509320)  or with the multi room pair?

How come our Echo (Alexa) keeps dropping RP?

The skill is working and sounding great for me on my Sonos One too!  Only problem I am having now is when I ask Alexa to skip, she actually goes backwards one song.   So say I'm rocking out to Everlong, but then Stars Die comes on after it and I immediately say "Alexa, skip!",  I'm back to rocking out to Everlong, which is OK but not what i was hoping for.  But then Stars Die comes back on again which is what I was trying to skip in the first place.  

any ideas?

I've confirmed that the RP skill now works with Sonos One.  Sounds awesome, too. I posted a blurb on the main site home page about it.

Since its been a couple of months since last time i tried, and there's been a Sonos firmware update in between I figured i'd give it another try, and guess what, it works now!     or was there an update to the RP Alexa skill that fixed this?

either way, now i can skip Porcupine Tree every time i need to, no matter what device i'm listening on!

How come sometimes the playlist on the laptop and what's actually playing on Echo are in sync and other times... not so much?
