Same for me.  I got a new Sonos One last week and was excited to start using the RP skill, but so far i have not been able to get it to work.  When I ask Alexa to "play radio paradise" she says there is a problem with that skill.  When i ask her to "start stream on radio  paradise"  I get the welcome but no music

Restarted everything, disabled and reinstall the skill, Alexa says "welcome to radio paradise" and nothing but silence. Seems to have started yesterday. Just a fyi. I truly enjoy your station. Amazon music works. 

Same for me, I'm afraid. I've just installed the RP skill and while it did play for a few songs, it went silent and has stayed that way ever since. A re-install of the skill had no impact; if I say "Alexa play Radio Paradise", I get "Welcome to Radio Paradise" but no music. If I ask her what's playing, her reply does tie up with what it says on the web browser. So, everything else seems OK - just no music :-(

Got the same problem Alexa says welcome to Radio Paradise then nothing no sound at all tried reinstalling the skill still the same ?
If I ask Alexa what’s playing She responds with the song title even though there’s no sound ?

Amazon Echo Silver

Same problem. None of my echos will play rp! I’ve rebooted them multiple times. It says welcome to radio paradise And then silence. When I ask what is playing she says nothing playing. When I ask her to ask rp what’s playing it correctly reports the current song, corresponding to what’s live on my cell phone during the test. This has been the case for at least 2-3 days now.

Hello all morning I cannot get Alexa to play my lovely RP. I unplugged Alexa, I disenabled the RP skill and re-enabled it. Nothing is working. My internet is through AT&T. Any advice? I don't know what to try. I saw Bill's note about hopefully fixing issue on Oct 22 but 2 weeks later am I the only one having this problem?

I just made another change that might have corrected the problem that came up for you.

So, for a few days, the skill was working without issue, but at least since yesterday, Alexa has been unable to access the Radio Paradise skill.  I've power cycled the device and have disabled and reenabled the skill without luck.  Any suggestions?

FWIW, the skill is still behaving strangely for me.  Intermittently, it will start silent on me.  I restarted the Echo, and I disabled and re-enabled the skill yesterday, but this morning it started silent again.  BUT, when I asked Alexa to skip to the next track, I got audio.  I'll continue to experiment.

FYI I just saw that Sonos has announced an Alexa-enabled Play-1.

It seems to be working fine for most people (including me & our developer), but a few of you are still having an issue.

Might be worth trying a device reset (unplug & restart).
