Yes, good voice. Hope she puts out a full album in the near future.

What gets me the most is the simplicity of it all. That girl got soul.

Not weird, but certainly interesting.

Meet the N.S. teenager who sang Blackbird by The Beatles entirely in Mi'kmaq

This played between stories on NPR today... Out of context, it took me a few beats to recognize the song.

I've seen this around; if they toured with this lineup that'd be fun. I saw one time that he toured with Clem Burke, drummer with Blondie. I'd pay to see that. Edit: found some youtubes and they're pretty rough.

The comments. I was going to say they were predictably something but who could go from this:

  • This is probably Batman's deepest, darkest, most embarrassing secret
  • Dave wants to open a vein
  • This should be used as a punishment in traffic court

(Noticing that Keaton and Kurtz are wearing jerseys with the numbers 9 & 11)
Nice!…a little 9/11 foreshadowing in 1978….amazing how they were programming us way back then….I wonder if Mary, Michael and Dave were aware of this or just went along with it for kicks……anyway, pretty creepy when you watch it and also, I hate to say it, but you have to wonder what the other numbers might mean????  0? Y2K?  24?  2024? something going to happen that year WW3?  42? 2042? Is this finally the one world government year?…..and was #14 in there as well? 2014?  Financial collapse or is that slated for 2024?  Stay tuned folks, they just don't pick these numbers randomly even in 1978
