Just yesterday, I was in a little back-and-forth with someone who pre-vaccine was often heard shouting "masks don't protect me" and we said no, they protect others. So now the vax is out and the very same person said "I guess you're not aware but the vaccine doesn't protect others so get it for yourself and let me choose" so a year ago they wouldn't bother because it was only to protect others and now they won't bother because it's only to protect ourselves. Joke's on her though: the vaccine protects everyone if most of us get it. Otherwise it's a sand castle and eventually no one is protected. *sigh*

Also need to consider some may not be willing to admit they weren't vaxxed, and got sick.
