And the view today ... I lived over in the cheap shake roof homes just north of the terra cotta roofs.  Pigtail knows of this.  IIRC, she once lived in the same place as did I.  This is the beach where I learned to surf.

Her being harassed by paparazzi in helicopters is not the same as the issue of private vs public beaches and is not the same as immigration/borders.

The other tricky access area back in the day is the old Hope Ranch up by Santa Barbara.  The stories told about sneaking in there are legendary.  You wanted to surf there ?  You needed a boat to make the trip.
