4-game sweep for the Jays. Capped by a walk-off homer.

A good short read. I got a kick out of this: "But Estrada is not entirely mild-mannered. The day he signed his first professional contract, he opened his first bank account, deposited the check, then went out and bought a Mustang (he loves muscle cars…), which he drove fast around the streets surrounding his old high school, sending a message with those squealing tires to everyone who had ever doubted him."

The rookie they called up a year early is doing okay, so that's cool. 3-run double to win it today. That's 6 runs today, more than they scored all week. #isitskiseasonyet One in a row.

The frightening part tho is watching Santiago Casilla again. Talk about a bad penny. There are several other teams that I root for when the Kittys are are down, but it's been about a decade that they have been down and out so I fall back on the St Louis Cardinals. I have been a Card fan since the end of the 1968 World Series, loved Whitey's teams in the '80's and LaRussa's run was most excellent (sorry Red Dragon ) Also the Reds of the '70's and I have always kept an eye on the A's, the 3 WS wins in the '70's, and of course my favorite all time player Ricky Henderson. so the way it's going now all I can say is let's go Cards!!!
