Today was the first I'd seen the listing and I told my co-worker, several times to re-write it. Their real estate agent isn't doing them any favors, nor earning his commission.

I'm going to do the rounds of some estate agents today- what should I ask? - I'm thinking- what sort of marketing will they do, nature of the brochure, whether they include floorplans etc, commission rate (of course!), link in to the internet listing organisations, how many staff and office hours, I'm a bit concerned that one of them seems to have property a long time on the market but I need to check the figures to see if that just means they are bunched together or there is a genuine disparity.
