Funny that it's only the romas, and not the Early and Pink Girls I planted. Great info. I knew I could count on you.

So, can anyone tell me what's going on with my romas? Not the splits; I know that's from the recent copious rain. The weird green splotches, uneven ripening.

This one does tastes better. Last frame trying to show how the purple layer only exists in a few layers of cells closest to the skin (genes turned on by light).

Is this because they were the first ones off? Should I let them sit on the counter for a few days to soften?
possibly some of those were bred to be firmer because cracking/splitting was a problem

Tomatoes don't like getting wet from rain. Just remove any yellowing leaves and keep the other leaves dry. No spraying needed
