Working on a week's worth of food right now. Shepherd's Pie. American chop Suey and Scalloped potatoes. Although a Greek salad might keep me for a few hours until the goodies are cooked. That should keep my immune system up and running.

My annual St. Patrick's Day dinner postponed from last weekend, because my friend is self quarantining herself (and she didn't come tonight either ). Guinness Beef Stew, a la Triskele (with the addition of carrots this year) and Colcannon. And the obligatory beverage. Yummy. Slainté!

takeout from one of the local ramen joints. Service was odd and the town was deserted except for the handful grabbing takeout from the few places still open. we are stocked but thought it would be good to take advantage while they are still letting us do takeout. Hope these guys all make it through. Hope we all do. stay healthy my friends.
