WAY better. It DID turn out that she'd had strokes, 2 of them, TIA's..... unfortunately what she'd had last April was a hemorrhage, and treatment of stroke/hemorrhage is different.... anyway, she's back to baseline, and I've been really enjoying being with her the last two weekends.

Such. Good. News.

Give her my best, and a hug, please?

And one for you and S.

"On this day in 1935, the first can of beer is sold in Richmond, Va. The beer was produced by Gottfried Krueger Brewing, a Newark, N.J.-based company whose brewery was first constructed in 1848. Though the brewery closed in 1961, Krueger's canning of the popular malt beverage was a method that caught on. Today, some 35 billion—yes, billion—cans of alcoholic beverages are shipped each year."

Now I need to go find the tray.
